We provide a personal and tailored service and can therefore adapt according to your individual needs.
Cleaning
- Full change over clean – including cleaning all areas, changing bed sheets and removing all rubbish (a cleaning checklist is available for discussion and tailoring)
- Laundry service – washing and ironing all bedding
- Mid stay refresh – if you have bookings for over a week we can refresh the towels and linen and conduct any necessary cleaning at a convenient time for the guests
- Vacant Refresh – if your property is vacant for a week or more we can conduct a refresh as appropriate. This would include checking everything is in working order and doing any necessary dusting
- Spring Clean – we can conduct an annual spring clean at a time of year required for your business
Property and Guest Management
- Meet and greet – we can greet your guests and let them into the property when they arrive or collect keys on check out. This would include liaising with a letting agent if necessary
- Key holding – for guests in case of an emergency plus to let any authorised people into the property e.g. plumbers or electricians
- Supply of welcome pack – using local produce or products we can provide and leave welcome pack for your guests, a touch we have many compliments on
- Inventory checks and advice – before guests arrive and after they leave we can complete an inventory check to ensure that everything is still present
- Maintenance inspection – we will inspect the property pre and post let to check that all equipment and lights are working as would be expected (a maintenance checklist is available for discussion and tailoring)
- Reporting problems/damages – any missing items and all problems or damage found through the inventory check and maintenance inspection would be reported to you so that you can decide how to proceed
- Organise repairs and maintenance work – if you so wish we can organise any repairs or maintenance work to be done for you (please note the cost of the work itself would not be included)
- Emergency call outs – we can attend a property on your behalf should an emergency situation arise. We would report all issues to you before arranging for any necessary repairs or work to be done
- Updating guest information packs – on a monthly basis we can update information packs with the latest leaflets from local tourist information

Booking Management
- Phone bookings – we can arrange for your phone number to be diverted to us so that we can take care of any phone bookings in your absence. Such service will also ensure that customers are not delayed in having their questions answered.
- Email management – we can access and manage your email bookings on a daily basis. There are a variety of ways in which this can be done and we are happy to discuss which option is best for you.
- Website – we will keep your website calendar up to date with the latest bookings received, for example, any phone bookings or bookings made via email or through a letting agent, should you have one.
- Take payments – we have the facility to take debit and credit card payments safely and securely on your behalf.
